Upfront pricing, nothing charged until the day after
Lemonade Lawn Care is a locally owned lawn care and pest control company at 2405 Lifehaus Industrial Drive in New Braunfels, Texas, founded in 2017 by Dave and Lauren Brandt. We serve New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, Marion, McQueeney, Garden Ridge and Spring Branch. Our main service is an 8-visit fertilization and weed control program built for Bermuda lawns on Hill Country soil: pre-emergent timed for Central Texas crabgrass and spurge, feeding matched to the season, chelated iron for our alkaline, limestone-based soil, and grub control, from $58 per application. We also offer year-round perimeter pest control, lawn leveling and top dressing with organic material, Christmas light installation, and mowing in select New Braunfels neighborhoods. There are no contracts, every property is measured by satellite and quoted up front, and nothing is charged until the day after each visit. Lemonade Lawn Care LLC holds TDA Structural Pest Control Business License #0917567 and TDA Commercial Pesticide Applicator License #0841286, and has been voted Best Lawn Care Service in New Braunfels by Herald-Zeitung readers eight years running (2018–2025).
We measure your lawn by satellite and quote it over the phone or online. The per-application price is set before we start, and your card is charged the day after each visit, never before.
Free re-treats between visits
If weeds or pests show up between scheduled visits, call and we come back at no charge. That is part of the program, not a favor.
A report after every visit
After each fertilization visit you get an emailed report with what we applied, photos, and anything we noticed. You always know someone was there and what they did.

What we do for lawns in New Braunfels, San Marcos and Seguin
OUR SERVICES
Most lawns here are builder-installed Bermuda on a thin layer of fill over limestone, with one city watering day a week. Everything we offer is built around that: what to feed it, how to kill the weeds that love it, and how top dressing builds soil over time so the lawn holds water and needs less of it.
If you are new to the New Braunfels, San Marcos, or Seguin, TX areas or looking for a new lawn care service we invite you to give us a call.
Not sure which one your lawn needs? Call (830) 730-8022 and describe what you're seeing. We'll tell you what it is and what it costs.
Our Level Of Commitment Has No Limit And We Back It Up With our 100% Service Guarantee
Best Lawn Care Service in New Braunfels eight years running (2018–2025), 4.9 stars across 500+ Google reviews, and a program built for this soil instead of a national template.
WHY NEW BRAUNFELS KEEPS VOTING FOR US
Our Story
Lemonade Lawn Care started in 2017 when my wife Lauren and I took a leap. I left a six-year career in the auto industry, Lauren was home with the kids, and I was the only income. We had no customers, no equipment, and one vehicle: the family mini-van. What we had was a plan to treat people the way we'd want to be treated and to learn this soil better than anyone. Nine years later we have a team, a fleet of pink trucks, and families across New Braunfels, San Marcos and Seguin who have been with us since those first mini-van days. Herald-Zeitung readers voted us Best Lawn Care Service in New Braunfels eight years running, 2018 through 2025, and runner-up in 2026. We are still a service company first. If something isn't right, call and we fix it. That hasn't changed since the mini-van. — Dave Brandt, owner
